Seems like some of you are having some lags, i would like to hear about them. let
me know if you lag crazy.

Recently, receiving quite a bit of support tickets regarding lag problems.
I am not sure if this is caused by the earthquake aftermath down south.
I have great trust in my hamsters of iron and I don't blame them. but would like to
blame on our ISP directly, but that would be too cheap and cowardly, so no blame
games here. Our ISP has requested for Trace rt information for those who are
suffering from this recent lag.

Here is how to trace rt

try clicking start -> run

type "cmd"

on the dos screen type

"tracert 4.79.218.71"

You will receive a screen like this one.

and select "select all"

in the subject title, please type "Trace RT"

-Please tell me when this lag began to invade your Navy Field.

-and it would be very helpful, if you could type in your current location.
the country and optionally, the city/area you are located in.

[edit]also, tell me which server you play in.

-and tell me these... "The symptoms from this lag"
well, I will try to make it simple. I want to know how serious its been getting.

Situation A:
Its always been this crappy, but got even worse. I get CRAZY spikes and random
disconnections. Been drawing very nice map dots, a by-product of this
madness...

Situation B:
Lag? I can't even log in, BOTH SERVERS!
or
I can log in to Missouri server, but Not Arizona or vice versa.

Situation C:
I can't log in with my computer, but I can log into other computers at
home/school/friend's house etc. Basically, Only my computer suffer from this lag, but
my friend next door... doesn't.
I would like to know the area of this lag...

Situation D:
If all the above situations don't apply here...
Make your own... here is an example...
Its a strange lag, its here at the day time, but gone at night, I have been getting
disconnected randomly during very important battles. I got a PREM! #!$%! I want
compensation! This makes me wanna poke Yuno in the eye. ...but I am also
drunk.

[edit]do try to be precise on the situation. I would like to know, if you are able to
connect but laggy, or can't even connect to begin with.

goto Contact Support for sending in support tickets.
You can send in for "general questions" if you want,
but my area is in "hack/lost". therefore,
you can send it here also. (doesn't matter much, but i prefer hack/lost)

I will gather them up, and shove it up our ISP's...
