The update on the night of
"Feb 28th 10pm PST to Mar 1st 12am PST"
will be done on the night of
"Feb 27th 10pm to Feb 28th 12am" instead.

This will also affect Harbor Assault schedule.

HA will be disabled from Feb 26 to March 1st.

No declaring war on Feb 27th.
No wars on Feb 28th.
