- USN: Weight 114 -> 112 / AP defence 69 -> 73
- RN: Weight 102 -> 110 / AP defence 80 (no change)
- IJN: Weight 120 -> 118 / AP defence 65 -> 70
- KM: Weight 124 -> 122 / AP defence 75 -> 76

3. Fixes on Some spelling, grammar errors
