epic necro... lock

I have used 3 pilots so far:
2 TBs

&

1 FTR

Since I am usually on the offensive, I am sending out the TBs to attack with my FTR
CAP ready to launch if needed.

LOL, have you people checked the date of the orginal posting? It started in 2005 and ended
there, but somebody replied to the topic 14 months later and 5 posts later the topic died
again after somebody said to leave the topic to die in peace. And now again somebody posts
a reply after 8 months :S

But since this topic is on top of the list:
Attacker: 3 fts and 2 TBs. Make 3 TBs and switch them. And don't use scout on it since you
have your fts to do it and it takes up one spot for your fts or TB. UK DB are terrible
(but if you like them, go ahead... ). Don't use support crew on the beginner CV's either.
You will need all the spots available for pilots. Lateron (on the Illustrious lvl 73) you
will get 2 more spots on your carrier. One for restore and one for medic* for example.
* = It is said that a US Medic reduces crew death on the pilots and that you will notice
it very well from lvl 26 on. And KM Medic doesn't work on an allied nation. US Medic for
US & UK. KM Medic for KM & JP (that's what I read). You could lvl one with your second BO.

Attacker:
Can prepare and launch 6 planes at a time.
Airplane space: 1800.
Fighters space (lvl 40 planes): 60
Torpbomber space (lvl 42): 80

I used 18 fts and 9 TB.
(18 x 60) + (9 x 80) = 1080 + 720 = 1800

But try for yourself what suits you best.

The setup should be 3 fps, 2 tbs don't bother about dbs. U.k dbs sux big time, and
although people may say that the fps for u.k is inferior to us and km, in late game,
uk fps are the best.

my attacker setup is 2 fighters 2 tbers and 1 scout(sometimes) or i carry 2 fighters 2
tbers 1 repair or 2 fighters 2 tbers 1 engy +bo

for my planes i got around 25 fighters and i think 5 tbers....not sure

I was playing with 3 tb and 2 fts its good configuration :)

I have one but i depends on what battle in select mode or GB.
my highest bo is lvl 55 only in uk, but i have 5 fighters pilot , 2 Torpedos pilot and 2 Dive
bomber pilot.
you are too late to make piots for yourself!

1. Cheers to you Longbow, you're a man among pre-pubescent PBB players
2. UK CV should never be your first CV line to run, its idiotic, don't do it
3. If you are going to do it, have 12/11 or 11/12 fighters at the minimum and have at
least 3 of them. Fighter-whore if possible. Otherwise, have a couple other TBs on
hand, no DBs.

i know, i have 2 more fighters and 2 more bombers on hold waiting for lvling

aaaand...

i wont wait till CV2 in my county because i hate it, im not good enough to HA all the
rushers around and i have a free account so my lvling actually demands time. Besides all
that, i tryed the attacker and i love it... idk why everyone says CV1s are crappy, i find
it really useful (and i can say my team does too).
i want to go UK CV line since i got pwned in an AWed Q Class by an Ark's broadside (i know
all high lvl CVs have guns, but at those times, a CV4 was really rare and Ark is just Sexy)
idc if the grinding is awful
idc if i don't have good fighters (and till lvl 77 Torpers)

i was just asking if my current config was acceptable for an at lvl Attacker, not how many
pilots i needed to train in advance for future CVs or if i should use it ^^ but ty anyway.
