I went Gearing with my Main BO and Sommers with my second BO.. I prefer Gearing.. dunno
why, it is just better IMO.

I think the best thing to do is, stay in a Fletcher until the DDX is avai.

If you load your Fletch right, it can sink almost anything. I have surprised may
Z99'a, DDx's and even taken out a CL.

i just dont understand wat peeple see in somers. i have nvr regretted getton a gearing. i
have a ddr now and have always been able to sink any dd unless i was in red zone or
outnumbered 3-1. gearings seem to be a lot sturdier than somers. my gearings got 8300
hull/ hp an most somers only have 7400 or less. i only go 3 knots slower but gearing seems
much better

Idk y everyone likes somers but i guess its just them. I found it really good in
Gearing DDR and i do not regret missing out on somers.

get somers, but for god's sake don't become a TW,although it has 3 TLaunchers, its

Okay i just got to level 26 with my BO should i immediatly switch to DDx or wait till
my gunners get to 30's right now their 27 or 28
think 28.

i think its cuz the gearing only has 3 gun mounts, where as teh somers has 4....that and
somers is just ownage =)

I'm in a Gearing and the only upside is the Timmerman. Yes do what everyone else says...
get the somers it is most likly better.

Alright, I dont get it. What's so great about the somers?

I've found the Gearing far more useful.
