It is a good BB for GB's if you have high level crew because you move aroud very quickly.
It is horrible at level.
A nightmare in BB3 room (last time I played one - about 3 years ago).

Lol, pnov, talk about spread! Three years between your posts in this thread. Your
point is well taken.

SoDak remains a kick a** BB3 despite the shell spread. It would be a better rusher
than the L1 if it had tight salvos, so I can see why it is what it is.

Interesting, I tried sodak yesterday 28/47 with only 4 engineers, no AA. The spread was
*cought cought* - let's not talk about it.

I got surpised about the damage. I haven't played it for some time but didn't expect to
score 28k with front turrets only and doing 20+k on regular basis when the shells decide
to hit (that would be 30k full broadside). I can't say I did more than 36k in Iowa with
all guns on regular basis.

Norcal spread gets marginally better with +95 BVE gunners(mine were Elites). Not blocky
like Iowa, but definitely better than the sodak spread.

Don't feel bad. The NoCal gun spread sucks too.

Saddly Its not these peoples aiming. You've just never had the Iowa and Monty and their
epic near block spread.

Pre BB34AA patch
120 lvl gunners on the sodak Blocked the guns almost constantly.

Post BB34AA patch (Nerfed Sodak Speedcap to 47 and according to notes, Buffed Sodak Mark 3
Guns Spread and raised lvl of Ls to 82)
120 lvl gunners can't block the guns, Buffed spread yeah right.

I miss the days going around @ 49 knots one shotting L2s (preBB5 DP Buff) But no. Sodak
can't block.

If I get bored I'll go Quote the patch notes.....

Prbly u guys just suck at aiming or ur gunners are realy low base but my gunners
are 11/11 and they are like lvl 84 and they just aim perfect i love the speed and if u
say us bb line sucks ur wrong Monty is huge gunpower iowa pwns H39 and yamato
and nebby is a perfectly balanced ship with good range, speed and gunpower. so
stop complaining and buy decent gunners or get a cv then u wont have to cry about
ur spread
