Daylight Time. (June 21st, 06:00:00 -> June 21st, 08:00:00 GMT/UTC time)

Patch 1.177:

1. Dock Item has been added.
The dock item is available for each Nation ports.
You may use up to 4 of these "Dock" items per each nation. (i.e. if you use 4 dock
items on KM port, you will be able to have 10 KM ships.)
And even if you use all 4 of them for
each nation and manage to gather 40 docks, you won't be able to bypass the 15
ship limit. (The number of ship limit includes the ships in the neutral port)

2. Bug Fix: Fixed the retarded "You cannot trade this item." that appears after HA
battles. (Often times, it shows up on battle result screens).

3. There has been a fix on the Ranking system logic.
Penalty system has been implemented.

*Total ranking Points taken for "Last connection date" delays*
1-30 Days = 0 Points
31-60 Days = -150000 Points
61-90 Days = -300000 Points
91-120 Days = -450000 Points
121-150 Days = -600000 Points
151-180 Days = -750000 Points

- A user who hasn't connected to game for 6 month will withdrawal from the
rankings. (181 days to be exact)
