don't complain about lvl 50 BC/BB, they suck anyway (with crew at that level). at least your first ships are worth using (P-pro 2, Scharnhorst).

Eugen has Alaska range.

Renown/Repulse/Revenge have no range until lvl 64 minimum

just because they outdamage you per shell doesn't mean they'll get enough shells on you to make a difference.

The Eugen has no where near the range of the Guam. I'd say it's falling maybe a DD and some's length short.

The Eugen is nice, but while you're beginning your grind (mid 50s) the Americans are using their Battle Cruisers and the British their battleships. Both of which tripple your damage. And the British out range you.

I love my M Pro. The game I just finished, I sunk 2 brooks, once using my range to my advantage (and I only have the first set of 6.75" L's!), and the other I just got up close to and broadsided. My 6.75" pack more punch than his 6", and Brooks have a tendency to be inaccurate at mid-range in my experience. The first brook was particularly satisfying, as he couldn't fight back. I had him within my range the entire time, and only when he started to pull away (but slowly, I hurt him a lot), did I have to swerve in. I easily destroyed him through the fog of war, then was able to speed away from the closing DDs. I then encountered the 2nd brook, to my great surprise. I don't see why people say the M Pro is weak. The way I use it it's incredibly strong. got 930 exp per sailor that battle.
