2) PBBs Tactical Points have been increased
- The credits (that when people sell the pbbs) are increased

3) US Naval Gun 18"/48 cal Mark 1's train speed has been increased.

4) The maximum level of AA Mission has been changed to Level 120.

5) Mission penalty has been deleted
-When players played Mission before, ships should be over 10 knots to get credits,
points, but this penalty has been deleted.
