That's odd. I have never seen it before, but it doesn't seem harmful.
Downloading the manual install of NF and patching it will fix this problem if it really bugs you. If it persists after that, then it's something related to your hardware or software, in which case you should post your DxDiag, and MAYBE TeamNF will fix it. That's doubtful though. The fact that it isn't just an anomalous patch problem, I mean.
