1. Unique Ships cannot be traded.

2. The default map of battle rooms has been changed to "Blue Ocean".

3. When starting a new account the four default given crews abilities have been
changed.
-Previous crews had 14 Potential ability with the remaining abilities set at 10.
Now, two of those crews are changed to have 11 Accuracy ability and 11 Reload
ability.

4. BBS message bug has been fixed.
- Sometimes, BBS did not go through when a player was in Battle. This bug has been
fixed.
