Sorry for my English first. I'm writing for a friend who knows English worst than me (quiet impossible thought)

I know that my problem was argued in the previous forum, but I cant find it out. I looked also in this forum but nothing about it.

So, my friend can't see his ship in the shypyard, or better, it's very small under the dock. It seems a resolution problem. But i have no clue.
I suggested him to reinstall the game and then apply the new patch manually. The result is that he can't see the ship yet and, when now he's trying to access the battlefield, the game crashes at all O_o
Please, any help would be appreciated
