Why not simply prohibit?
why not adjust it so that there could not go with the aircraft or ships?
I think the game would then fair play.

Border humping is legal in every "field" game. Taking planes out of the border on the
other hand isn't or shouldn't be legal.

In every field game teams take advantage using the borders. football(soccer), hockey,
handball(american football), basketball. Well every sport basically that is played on a
field.

This is NavyField, which is played on a field like map. In a normal non Field Naval game,
there aren't even borders. Borders are there in the game, use it to your advantage.

"on the same note dragging fighters to fire behind them is also one, but legal :)"

If you are stupid enough to chase the planes, then QQ more. Dragging planes doesn't give
you a huge advantage in fighter combat; it is only really useful in using planes to scout,
which is called Micro management.

Sure, it would be nice if planes didn't fire for the first second after right clicking,
but it
actually doesn't affect CV gameplay hugely at the top competitive level.

-EDIT by Stormvanger - Player harassment removed. -

Technically, it is exploiting an unintended glitch in the game code.

But I guess doing something right isn't what you want to do Shikima.

It's legal and it has been discussed before in many threads.

NWO does not prevent planes from doing it.

I agree with OP, but sadly nothing is likely to be done.
