Well I killed obst once with a 14.96" H39. It is feasible, but you better pray to
God/Allah/Vishnu that your opponents are dumb as a brick or blind, or you will die horribly.

yes, they do exist, to varying degrees.

most of the BB4's i've seen does not pull away a slight inch when rushed... in blind hopes
they will kill the intruder... which they fail horribly at from time to time.

so it is actually a slightly valid point. there are lots of at lv BB4's that commit such
horrible mistakes.

Wth BB4 would be stupid enough to let an at level bismarck with 14" even get into range,
disregarding the fact that most at level would go anywhere between 33-35 knots OH, the
ship itself is a cow and turns like a freight train. I would not say the Bismarck is any
better then how splid has stated it.

Edit: IMO the reason AD seems to take so little damage comparred to toher ships of its
tier is its size.

however, fit the 6.75"N or D with sufficient ammunition for a Blitz or DD/CL room...

The D38 is rather solid, and back in the days of beta it was one of the top dawgs in DD
rooms along with 8" belt Qs. While the glory days of the Q have gone, the D38 still
remains a solid choice. One important fact to note is that it has 3 support slots, which
one should utilize to train a scout and ease the transition into a CL. It also packs the
5.9" TBKs, which can be used effectively in the hands of a skilled player.
