Drop 1 recruit from the middle engy and you have 10,486,884.

I did not do the true ability calculations yet, but in this pic you can see the exact
amount of recruits/xperts/vets I need to hit 40 knots. 1 less recruit and it drops to 39.



Off topic note: 4 of these also hit the Yamato's old speedcap at lvl 89.

Erad, with 4 EBVE engies with 100 vets at lvl 90, you're about at the right speed. Yamato
doesn't cap speed with at level engineers. Give it about 5 levels and you should be near
your cap.

Prior to the BB34AA patch, as Angus showed, Yam wouldn't hit speed cap until around lvl103
with 5 +12 or better engineers BVE.

And on a side note, Alsace is tied with SY as fastest BB5. Although thankfully SY is
still more competitive.

am currently running aty 39 though to train up a rep, and with a little bulge

yes~ yammy is hard to reach speed cap.
and for the bulge...yes, going at 24 with AA means you have less bulge only.

speed cap is always "base speed x 1.7", when u go at 24, the max OH speed would
be 40.

L1 is the fastest BB4 that goes 44 knots with 3 guns
