6/8 EBVE enginneers (haha~ as u don't need restore or more rep, why not eng for
Over Heat time?)
2/4 EBVE acc gunners (classed as reload gunner in growth! a pair for main guns and an
additional pair for AA)

if u want to use AA, u just need 8 support sailors (2 rep + 6 eng).

anyway, in long run, I don't think u need to spend money on buying elite gunners,
Bridge Operator, or scout.

I disagree. Elites for engies are imperative. Especially for UK since the engies kinda
suck.

I doubt you'll be worried about rep-cap or SD by the time you got to BB4 stage if you're
not using AA gunners. The grind is simple enough with +11's.

If they are classed as Acc, they will take much longer to hit reload cap, and as UK, the
reload times are pretty brutal. When classed as reload, they will definitely hit the cap,
but having it with 13/11 will help your accuracy a little better as you go.

I personally went 6 engi's 4 repairs for bb5/6 crew. Seems to be the general consensus.

You're better going with 12/10/10 engie or 11/12, 12/11 than Elite one.
Elite repair are ok.
Elite Pot for BO is not worth.

For gunners Eliite accuracy classed as reload. Still, you can still do well with 11/11
neutral.
