2 lvl 44 +12 Engineers.

Hi,
I have 2 12 base engineers, both in lvl44. But I want to train them to lvl80-90, my
BO and gunners are like lvl100, what's the best way to train them? (I don't have a
sevastopol and not going to buy one ^^).

how do you get to lvl 100 and not know how to level up. are you serious?
BB play gets you the most exp. other than that you could stick them on an aa ship or cv.
and what does the +12 have anything to do with leveling? please do tell me how you got to
level 100
