So here comes the soviets...

Same rep + eng sailor stats as km as well...
Acc/rel sailor stats slightly lower but they dont count anyway as all caps are reached.

Pros - Best range, destructive damage, fast reload
Cons - weak torps, and lack armour.

Have these ships been tested? - cos best range + high damage + fast reload doesnt sound
good for the other natins. I guess this stems from original plans to
make soviets a prem only nation.

How can u even class weak torps as a con? Who runs torps on a bb anyway?

I know dd/cls may run torps - but u can breeze u way past cl class in a day.

Personally, I'd wait until they are released and some players reach the higher tier ships
before complaining. Some of the BBs are not balanced correctly (read as balance in
progress), and will be adjusted either within a month of SN's release or with the MN
patch, which is the next thing the nf test server will be used for.

they haven't even begun to nerf the MN...they'll never get around to nerfing the
Sov's...

i say they let the money start to slow down then rebalance it as armour worse then
IJN or about as bad or put range in between the top 2 in each line and damage in
between the 2nd and 3rd ship and so on

they will make the soviets OP on release so that people will buy elites, boosts, vets,
experts, ect. then when they've made most of their money off it SDE might consider re-
balancing

The BB does sound OP, although who would buy it if it wasn't?

All new OP shiplines means anyone wanting to be competitive will need all new crews,
sailors/exp/vet packs...

Were you thinking the buck had stopped??

If you check the test server section, they have been working on the soviets to try and
balance them to the NFNA environment.

They agree the work is not complete, but they will still be able to work on them once they
are patched into the server.
