  • BB crew setup

Whats the best setup for UK BB's? I currently have 3 repairers, 2 engies, and 1
restorer.. I have a feeling I should get rid of one of the repairers, and put one
additional restorer on.. but not really sure.

Lols like i said spen and seven, get a rest on board and work a training mission with
him on and off do more then 1 game, i also stated its alot down to owns opinion but it
isnt just me that thinks it helps, no matter what people say here i will always have my
rest on my QV. Im sure also that once you get hit your blue health line will reach repair
state faster then without a rest.

WRONG WRONG WRONG

Do not use a restorer.

This is from FIXER_1140 BB setup guide

b) CREW:
At L2/QV level, you will need:
-BO operator
-2 UK Main Gunners-R slots (Either accuracy or reload, but general consensus is reload is
better, since reload gunners hit BOTH accuracy and reload cap)
-Scout (Important: Do not class it as fighter or bomber!)
- 7-6 Engineers
- 3-4 Repairers

Optional crew:
-Extra Scout (useful for 1 vs 1)
-AA Gunners-T slots (Either UK Reload gunners or the UK AA gunners will do; be reminded
one classes UK AA gunners as late as possible)

Do not use Restorers at all. SD is capped at 900 and UK supports have a great deal of SD
themselves, so restorers are practically useless.

Hi,

I run -

6 eng
3 rep
1 rest
1 bo
2 guns
1 scout

Alot of people say a rest is pointless after you reach 900 SD, i have tried and tested
this on many occasions, to me having a rest on board made me able to take less of a
hit from the same salvo from a team mate in a training room.

I guess this is everyones own opinion to use or nor use but i will always use a rest
on my QV, i also find having 3 ebve reps u hit cap early and dont need 4, 6 engs is
enough for speed cap and long enough time in OH. Also helps to have your scout
placed on the far right of supports, seems funny but i gained alittle more OH time
with that setup which i think is due to the calculations of % each stacking sailor gains
to your boat.

im using 1 BO 2 elite acc gunners classed as rld gunner 4 engy 4 repairer and a scout
need more engies though since OH time and OH speed is everyting

I run a Queen Elizabeth atm (same setup for Revenge typically).

1x BO
2x R slot gunners (higher level)
2x T slot gunners (lower level, your choice of HH, AA, torps or regular guns)
3x Engines
2x Repairers
1x scout

I've got another Engines, a Repairer, and 2 Restorers that are being leveled up on
another crew as I find the time.

as somebody said above, you do hit the cap, both for engine speeds, and eventually,
on your SD that would make a Restorer pretty much useless.

but of course, to each their own. some people like to go "by the book" in how they
setup their crew, some people like to do their own thing.

personaly i like to have 2 scouts so i always can scout 2 places at the same time, but I
would stock up on engys too. But thats just me.

yeah it can reach speed cap early but we also want to have a longer oh too so add another
engy
