No tests for BBs were done with at level crew as far as I know.
Gangut spread was buffed during testing though.

As far as I remember, I dont recall people testing with at lvl gunners. We just
did fast deliver service and use lvl 120 gunners.
I hope you test with at lvl gunners angus.
