I just got my H39 today and have played a couple games with it. Wow its an amazing ship.
The range it has allows you to take on anything except the BB5's and 6's without taking
any or much damage. But as the post said I have a couple questions:

1: How much bulge is a good amount for a at-level or jsut above crew? Currently I am
running 65 bulge and 0.3 belt.
2. Is it smarter to run no aa in order to level up and extra support and just one aa
gunner? This helps sd and puts me in a better position for H44?
3: Finally what is a good speed to be looking at for the ship at level? Im currently
running 24/37 if im right?
