  • ***Beware Scam Email***

It has been brought to our attention that someone is trying to scam players to get
passwords using the false address: [email protected]

Whilst we address this with the service provider it is worth noting that the correct email
address for Navyfield is [email protected] (yes only one letter difference), but more
importantly we have absolutely no reason to ask you for your password as the GMs can get
it anyway.

The message body of these false messages reads something like:

"Hello!
We are updating our database because of the
problems after the soviet nation update, so please
reply on this email with your ID and password.
Example:
ID: Navyfield
Password: Navyfield
Thank you."

Not sure how this person is getting email addresses, but please beware and simply delete
if you get one, until we can address it further.

Not too bad jbte, will be around over the weekend.

The GMs can see it because they have access to the account details and profile where it is
stored.

"but more importantly we have absolutely no reason to ask you for your password as the GMs

There, you've said it... "GMs can get it anyway."

For those who dont understand, your password is being saved as plain text, so there is no
need for the GM's to ask about your passowrod! (they can see it anyway)

so ppl, dont go send ur password to this fake mail address, not that i think it has a big
impact on ur NF account, but more on your "real live" digital accounts...

Hey vick, we where sposed to meet 1 month after the HS thingy, how're u doing :)?
