vpinuyacha	I would like to really saver function is B \ V \ E ratings are not good foundation and those with good base, it is a waste of B \ V \ E in the low Base sailor? *Waiting for help, Regards :)

Gump	omg.. if you are new, do not listen to the above idiot who said nothing above +9. you want +12 sailor (or a +15 if it is for potential). keep pushing that button.. at an absolute minimum you take +10 then use to level--later on you will replace him for a +11 or +12 sailor.

snoweman	Why BVE a +9 sailor when you could just as easily BVE a +11, +12, or even +13?
