On my Seva in GB rooms I tend to use either:


2 x Reps (leaving dock slots for 1 x restore, 1 x rookie pilot and the rest engies)

Or

1 x Rep and 1 x HH gunner (4 x HH launchers tends to surprise /disrupt SS players and
gives time for true ASW ships to close to contact). HH fired from BB at 60 degree angle
has good range)

I have used eight x HH launchers with 2 x lvl 55 EBVE reload gunners, which can be
devastating to incoming subs, but on balance to single HH gunner tends to work well for
GB rooms.

i use 6 engys

SN does not have AA gunners, their main gunners can use AA guns.

I used 2 AA gunners i got from the merge and they did not class up as AA at lvl 20. Then i
used 11/11 gunners boosted and the same thing happened, i reached lvl 20 and they dont
class up as AA. WTH?? Do they have to be RL. gunners? By the way i have 4 engies 4
reps.+12 growth and at least 29-30 ability base.

I am not an AA guy.

I use 2 +12 Reps on the T slots.

6 Engies with +11engy and +11rep. Its very hard to get +12/+11 Engies so these work. My rep rate
is excellent as well as my OH.

I find the USSR support is better than KM, IJN, MN, and US but weaker than UK. Not tested just a
"Feeling".

i use 2 reps instead of aa.

I'd go either 1 aa 1 rep
or 2 reps

curently I have 2 aa... I am going to throw one away and level a rep instead

I must agree it is close to a tie with RN's for the worst AA in-game. Still, my AA gunners
(10/12 lvl 73 by now) perform a more than adequate job with the 130mm SD-2 duals. Slow
rate but hard hitting.

In fact, yesterday evening --and thanks to our CVs inability to keep fighter cover south--
I raked a bit more than 6k in AA only... using the Sevas 4T gun broadside and the SD-2 duals.

To answer the question. Whenever your T mounts allow you take the Minizinis or SD-2s, do
so. If not (such as in the Gangut), take on reps.
