Fastest way to build experts on fighter pilots???

I know their used to be a training mission to build experts on AA gunners, but Im curious
as to see if thier is a way to get alot of experts on my fighter pilots, if anyone has any
ideas I'de like to try them out, thanks. :)

Missions (at that time) trained experts on all sailors not just AA gunners.
AA'ing in GB rooms and other non-mission, non event and outside clan area will increase
experts on all sailors aboard, not just the gunners.
