is there a table for this ? kind of crew growth table...

for example is it always same for seamen, fighters, gunners, sonarmen etc...

each get +1 ?

I've answered this for you on the other thread in the UK. For each classing, the
sailors get a +1 increase. You'll be short crew for every level you don't class.

I'm not too sure about the bad accuracy because I wonder if it's even going to
matter at those levels. I've found reload is more important so you'll be giving
up a lot in terms of ability and crew. But I'm sure Rich knows more so I will defer
to him

I only wish to know what I lose when I power level...

UK reload gunners get very bad accuracy...

I want to class them as gunner then wait till lvl 56 (revenge) before classing them as
reload heavy gunners

do I lose something serious this way ? such as amount of sailors I receive ? (crew

but yes you can nationalize a sailor and then leave it until the desired level , then class it

For power lvl bo, nation classed until xyz level, then you class it as bridge officer.

As long as it is classed as a nation, you can class it whenever. So if you want to
class it at 120, you can. Just don't forget about crew growth - you only get +5 each
level until 80.

look I ll make a soviet sailor... only give its nation get experience till 80th level and class
it as seaman at 80th level, is that possible...

Not sure what you mean by obsolate but you can continue to class national sailors
after level 25.

I forgot to add.. then can I give its class later at 80th lvl ? or does the classing become
obsolate ?
