At level H44 ridiculously slow

aspade	I realize you can't cap every ship the second you get it. But 4 at level engineers,+11/12, 110 vets, and 23/35? 35? Seriously? For the "speed advantage", "run and gun" nation? My 3 gun L2 is already at 36 with two engineers. My SY is at 35 with one engineer. My 3 gun L1 is already at 35 without any engineer on board at all.

V2CxBongRipz	Psh, my first BB crew (usn) is more then 10 levels ahead of all my BOs except the midway one and that is my first crew. I payed alot of attention to forums and guides and concluded I should listen to what they said and used more then one BO to make sure I got my crew higher then my main bo. :P

flamingpanda	v2, you can't say that if that's his first crew or something. =/ H44 being slow at level is an unfortunate reality... =/

V2CxBongRipz	Boy am I glad i wont have to worry about that... like 200k exp from h44 and my gunners/supports are closer to Kaiser then H44 level. Plan ahead or you will suffer later.

richardphat	I did 33-34 knots back there with unboost engineer, so you should'nt be the one to complain. Speedcaping H44 is very hard, you got to wait in the 110 with your current crew to achieve the speedcap.

Konstanza	Km has enough advantage.. you cant have it all speed range and damage, to be godlike.. with those perfect engies km has lots of OH time
