Late classing gunners for SN AA is probably a good idea, and I don't think there's any real
reason to take them past regular gnners since both the AA guns are useable by the base
armarment sailors, and you should be able to reach reload cap even with those. I honestly
don't know what the reload cap on minizinis or sd-2s is though so I can't begin to tell you
how late is ideal while keeping a high rep stat. [yes the regular gunner tree, since the other
tree isn't even available, but I think that wasn't your question]

second option, you need to class them as you class main gunners, aa gunners are not
available for SN,
main gunners do that job, there is a sticky about this in soviet thread read it.
