Pretty please may we have an update on the problem mfischer identified for you FREE OF
CHARGE over a month ago(and has had 14 pages of discussion directly or indirectly devoted
to it by people that pay money for this game before both those threads were deleted/locked

I hope this gets fixed some time soon, I used to play this game with a crappy connection
perfectly, now with a better one I have huge lags and it's just unplayable. And I can't
stand playing the EU version since the community there is mostly german and it's just boring.

Pathping is oftern blocked at NIC and ISP Border routers to prevent Deny of service
(DOS) attacks.
Most professional ISP's and Internet Server Hosts deny access via Pathping as it is
seen as a cause of DOS.

This can result in the appearance of a dropped packet where in fact the issue is
somewhere else.

Better still to use new tools like visual trace route to identify network/dns and
routing issues.

As stated in my other reply in this post above.

The servers are hosted in the USA by CD Networks who are using a incorrect IP
address for the servers. ( they are using Korean APNIC Addresses)
This is currently under investigation by the relevamt NIC centres.
I would expect that when CD Networks are finally told by the NIC centers to remove
the poisoned routes and put the correct ip addresses on the servers the issue will
go away.

This issue is logged via a support ticket with soubleGM (march 2011) and as yet I
have had no followup response from any of the GM's or anyone else at SDEnternet.

BBR, i started having heavy lag and DC today. below is the pathping...
Also, the test server was having CRAZY lag, 5-10 second hangs in shipyard.

As I understand it KRNIC have now responded to the use of the APNIC IP addresses
for the SDE Enternet hosting service CD Networks in USA.

I also understand that ARIN and IANA are also involved.

Expect more lag until this is resolved.

This has been awaiting resolution via job ticket to soubleGM since March.

i'm experiencing heavy lag almost 4 days now. i hope this will help too

Well something is blocking your ability to do a pathping and are you having any
trouble getting to websites in general?

I reset very often
