Slightly crossing your guidlines and slowly rotating your launchers when you drop torps
works wonders. Keep that in mind later when you get your kita.

I prefer special kind of torping style. Instead of sending all the torps to same
direction. i mix up the directions. I use gradual and send the first torps to 2 oclock'
second to 5 oclock direction ,third to four oclock, fourth to one oclock, fifth to three
oclock. then turn the ship, first tube to five oclcok, second to two. Spread them like
crazy. Now watch the enemy become helpless against your torps.

If you plan on keeping that crew as strictly a kita crew, I'd suggest using a skeleton
BO and a SS FCS. It will save a lot of weight.

If you plan on going beyond the Kita, then don't use a skeleton BO - BUT - you likely
should be going up the Mogami line for that anyway.

You might want to power level the BO as a national sailor straight to level 52. The Kuma
can be frustrating and boring so if you have the means, skip it. Since the BO doesn't
really matter, you could use a sailor with any stat.

2 engineers is fine but you could do 3 (which is max slots for support). I've seen some
people use a gunner but for GB, might as well leave it open to save weight or level an
extra sailor in that spot.

Keep in mind it is pretty much a dead end line and don't expect great XP/Creds. It's
great when the game is laggy or if you are feeling lazy but don't expect too many thrills.
