Would it be possible to say, put four of them on a Dido?

You'd have no room for armor, and prolly not much of a support crew, but you'd be a CL with 600+ damage shells and I'd assume pretty damn good range. You'd clean up in CL/CA games if you stayed back near some CAs, as you'd look like a low-priority target.

Weighing in at 880 tons apiece for the N's and 790ish for the Ds, they are some heavy guns, but it was just a thought that crossed my mind. With four of them on a Dido, you'd be like a super version of a Q with 6" singles.
