i have 1 120 +12 engie on my KM SS4 and its speed capped. I've got 3 reps on it and
about 800 SD

when does SS4 speedcap (how much engine ability needed)?

I would reccomend using the gunners if you have a good engy. He will provide some
repair ability, as will your sonar and planes. Then you have a speedcapped SS4
running around chaingunning everyone to death and outrunning anything with a
remote chance of killing it.

fair enough, its just that I am gonna power level a BO, I already have km bb, cv and apa,
so I thought I might as well have an SS, I currenlty have lvl 77 bve gunners (got them in
event), or i can use similar lvl reps on there. Already have uk ss3, so know how to use SS

i had quitted sub a long time ago but i use rep on its gun slot
