I've made my point, I don't think there's any point in arguing the viability of lower

Oh noes, you are defensive in your SS1 (Level 38) and SS2 (Level 48) ship.

SS IS easy mode. If you are going to use that stupid comparison, let me use the comparison
of BB1s and BB2s in a room filled with BB4s and BB5s. Most people grind until PBBs then
ignore the lower tier BBs or simply use PCAs.

I'll agree that the SS1 and SS2 have low survivability, but when SS3s and SS4s can survive
full salvoes from BB4s, BB5s and BB6s (with the odd exception) that makes the low
survivability agrument redundant.

A reason why the EXP is nerfed is because it IS easy. When my first ever game in an at
level SS3 finished with a 153k damage output it proved to me just how easy it is. . Also,
the nerfed EXP does not make subs harder to play.

Monarch you completely missed my point, SS1's and 2's are relegated to defensive roles
since they can hardly ever reach the other side. Retreating to regain air makes no sense
in the lower tiers, if you're running out of air you aren't going to make it back in time
to replenish it without surfacing. My point is SS is not easy mode, at least not the lower
tiers.

Than don't use your SS like a suicide ship? Instead of just fictory-ing, choking down as
much food as possible, running out of air and then being nuked by whatever is left, maybe
fall back to get some more air?

Stop whining about dying every battle if you can't just stop holding the F key.
