That looks like a bug exploit to me or they really ninja buffed the HH reload to 0!!

Ahum in before someone says that we can't hack NF anymore since hackshield (
and pigs really do fly).
But that looks like a reload hack in action.
edit: But in case those were PHH, $DE will totally approve!
