I used all KM40's on my Moltke for the first few months, and this week I decided to
mix it up.
I put the KM40's in the back 4 slots, and the level 30 3.46" in the front 6 slots.

I have noticed my Airplane kills go way up, since they have slightly different angles
and ranges. Having both has seemed to widen my "Golden angle" kill area.

Anyone else doing/tried this?

Dont forget, at start of game select your AA guns, hit "Z" for front turret, and raise it
above the rear guns 4 degrees. X takes control of both turrets back.
T Slot Angles should be 36 deg on top
32 deg on bottom.

Bump to the front. Guys, this REALLY makes a difference in AA kills.
Mix up to 3.46" in the front and 5" in the rear slots.

Most of the AAing skills come from practice. Me & Obst used to rule cv hunts for a while :)

How do you handle planes coming in at altitudes other than the default? Is there a
good strategy for dealing with dive bombers and torpedoe planes once they start
their attack approach?

I have been AAW for the past year and I have found that 36-38 work all the same.

Giddieup.net also has it listed at 36 degrees. I am killing planes at 36 degrees.
And you said "L", I am using the 2x 3.46"/ 78 Sk C/32 A
What's the word, Obst?
