tbh, I don't have comments on this one as I haven't reached the level but as soon as I get
this I'll comment back here.

Well, essentially the Pluton is a 'nCL' class, i.e. CL 0.5. As with many other ships from this class, they
were completely useless when introduced - the Yubari for instance. While KM, US and UK nCLs are
quite decent and even the Yuba is 'usable' after a few patches (with some nCLs being excellent for
specific tasks [yes, i mean Emden and AA defence]), I don't really mind having useless (or highly
disadvantaged) ships. It's kindda fun and very rewarding when you actually manage to sink
somebody. Reminds me of the good old beta days and the Agano --> Mogami grind (which, in these
pre-inflation times, was so expensive that in most cases you could not afford her at lvl 38 anyway...)

So stop whining and moaning and use whatever ship suits you best... Nobody forces you to use the
Pluton...

The CLs made for the trip 6.1" guns are wtfpwn though... You just need to live
through the low lvl CLs.

As for the actual issue, I can't say I'm surprised; I foresaw this well in advance.
Everyone was so excited for MN to come out, but I had a feeling their ships wouldn't be
anything spectacular. And judging by this post, it looks like they screwed up the balance
as well, which doesn't surprise me in the least. Once again, thanks for the laughs.

its general cannon fodder. only thing you can possiably do is to trick a uboat that
you're an unarmed merchant vessel, have it surface and shoot it up that way, or
drop depth charges against it. lol. heck! i think even an APA outgunns it!
