Just do what I did and get both lol. It works out because then you can get both UK
BB 4's (Vanny, L1). Just make sure you get a good base, because I had to start over
again but its definitly worth it. Both ships are able to be AH'ed effectively and both
have decent fire power. Espicially the nelly. And personally, I prefer not to mess with
the scout. Your going to be blind half the time anyway because there are some CV
drivers who dont seem to know how to scout...

i use Nelson and i dont see an issue with it because im good at fighting blind it has
good speed and is able to 1 shot BB3s and some BB4s if it doesnt its usually by about 1-3
shells shy and does well against BB5/6 if u know what ur doing

I prefer Nelly...

so Nelly > PoW for meh....16'' L ftw..

Besides the fact that I tend to scream at ppl to scout when driving a nelly...the ability
to 1 shot BB3s and 2 shot most BB4s/5s is quite nice =P.

I have the nelly and pow line but i like the the pow more, first because of scout, second
much faster, third same firepower except the mark1L 16" & the mark3L 15"range of nelly.
But all the range disadvantage of pow (assuming you are using the mark3 14"N) is somewhat
nonexistent once you sneaked in range. my highest attack in pow is 110K, in nelly 80k
(using the 16"L).

POW 4 LIFE

I have a scandalous love affair with the POW and it sounds like if you are only gonna
put 2 guns on the front of the nelly you might as well go pow anyways...
The only advantage that the nelly has is "more" firepower so if speed is what you
desire, go pow.

But make sure you have the support to use pow!!! other wise you just in a weaker
nelly. You will need at least 3 engys but I wouldent be caught dead without 4. and
make sure they have a good base.

And the last advantage to the pow, when you get good enough you can start using
catchy, catch phrases like i do. "I put the OW in POW" or somthing like that. (you
cant use that one because that one is mine :)

POW has 4 scouts more than nelly, enough said, you got your winner.

PoW > Nelson

PoW has a scout, more speed, and the firepower difference is negligible. The Nelly
wins on range with the 16"s, but a good PoW driver knows when to get into range
and has the speed to get OUT of range as well.

I fear a well-driven SW PoW almost more than any other ship because once it is in
range, a good driver can take any ship out in a few salvos.

I dont need to use the nelly to shout scout lol

i'd only use 2x quads upfront for some extra speed.
