Interesting as both of yours are stopping at the same place for each test.

It sure looks like a network issue on your sides, have you tried rebooting
all the Networking on your side. Routers and Modems all should get a quick
reboot and see if that clears the issue.

Sounds like a DNS issue with your ISP or some other issue with your provider.

Both of your connections fail to reach the game server, and we can really tell
what the issue is.

Can you both try again AND also try "pathping www.google.com"

I have also tried it because I am also experiencing lags almost everyday... i hope this
will help too...

Well let us see if we can trace the issue

Lets start with a pathping report so we can determine if there is a network
issue where the lag is coming from.

You need to enter the Command-Prompt.

To do this, either press WindowsKey+R or access it via the Start-Menu,
go START->RUN

An input-window will pop up. Type "CMD" (without "") and press OK.

Type
pathping 211.43.149.200 and then press enter.
Please note the test needs to run to completion and that can take up to
15 minutes
