Extended by 1 hour...I guess if it took that long to make those patches, that extra
hour's probably worth it.

The only thing they should be doing with the "swear filter" in NF is removing it.

Rather, the many players in game, who often yell "wait for prem!" and started
hurling insults when people sink the last enemy with 10+ or 20+ seconds left.

And you'll be surprised that some of them are long time players which have been
around for years.

Anyhow, if this change was in anticipation of the events, a 5min 10sec or 5min 15sec
limit would have been sufficient.

I'm with GT, the games doesn't need to be dragged out any longer. There are
enough tards in small ships out there willing to run to the other end of the map just
to live an extra few secs.

It does nothing but slow down leveling for the people stuck in a game looking for the
one last sub that just won't give up.

In the thousands of GB2s I've played, how many times has there been a game that
could've changed the winner if you were given an extra 30 seconds? A couple
dozen...maybe?

Yes, I've been firing at the flag when the time runs out. But, that's so incredibly rare
that an extra 30 seconds isn't going to change that many games.

Was I thinking of the "You need to stay in the room for 5 Minutes" rule for Events.

If so, epic foreshadowing.

As GT said, one gets premium at 30 secs. It's amazing how many people don't
realize this.

Only noobs wait for prem before finishing off a team...

Premium still kicks in before 5 mins.
