Update to Navyfield Login Screen

ljsevern	Excuse the horrible paint skills; Basically, adding in: - Server population. - Server Offline/Online. - Larger Announcement/Notice area that is updated more often. - Any polls on the NF Forums to be linked on this screen too. I'm pretty sure this has already been suggested with far better artwork, but I can't find it. Please bump it if you do.
