HS has caused me to pretty much leave the game.
I love NF so much, but I can't stand staring at a frozen screen.
On both my Windows 7 machines I suffer from lag and insane amounts of crashing (which has
NEVER happened before). I tried taking my Windows XP machine out for a spin, just for NF.
HS makes NF even more of a memory hog than it has ever been. I use to be able to run NF on
this old machine fine. Now on a freshboot it eats through every byte of RAM I have, and
strains the system resources to the point that while NF DOES RUN, it still lags because of
the lack of system resources. I've tried all of the suggestions posted on the forums and
non of them have worked for me. *shrugs*
I have never cheated before to play a game, and personally, don't really care that some
others have to cheat. It doesn't make them impossible to beat, a good player can still own
them.
Sad...I love how SDE breaks things. I do rather miss this game.

Hell, I made a couple of those for my college programming project, but now stopped b/c
people use them as a basis and now look at how many there r... To think i helped with
that. :P god and I have taken 2 programming courses= nothing to brag abt.

I love the mod's advice, just stop whining and deal with it. I totally disagree with that
statement. Yea, just sit down, shut up while SDE doesn't do anything to address the
problem... no, I will not just sit down and shut up. If you want to be sheep, thats fine
but not for me.

So SDE, you've been challenged by all these people. If HS is worth all the headaches, why
haven't you posted the results??? We're all here waiting to hear back from you. All these
people in these forums are calling you out and the best you can come up with is stop
whining? Please! Stop being a spineless, yellow, coward, and come out and give us the
stats on your failed HS.

For the fun of it I went to maple story and was able to bypass their firewall and HS in
abt... 1 min. I don't want to try with NF b/c its a fun game playing legally, but
seriously if you want a safe non-HS anti hack then Punkbuster is better, I can't even
bypass the First "Level" of security. Been tested and it works better.


ps. of course maple story's HS is destroyed already by all the hacks on it anyways, Oh and
another game I believe that uses HS is CrossFire, and that game was Hack Central. Every
game I went to there was at least... i donno... A whole team of hacks. ( OH that is 8
people by the way.) (And there is 100s of thousands of games, hmmm. that makes at leats
800000 people hacking it just to show how bad HS is HMMM SDE: Good choice *Sarcasm*)

As much as I'd hope that SDE and TNF are doing their best to support and help, here is

proof that... well, they don't.


So I've been told that I should not be running NF on compatibility mode. But that's not
what's striking when you look at the picture: I clearly said what kind of OS I am running
and yet I've been asked the question about exactly that thing. No offence, but is TNF
acutally reading the inquiries, or do they just copy/paste what seems to be the correct

HS sucks. Period. I personally know more than 3 players who are now cheating just
because they want to laugh at how aweful HS is. HS is nothing but a lag infested
program that will eventually screw each of us. SDE doesnt listen to the playerbase,
and honestly, I am amazed NavyFail is still around because of it. Nobody here is
whining btw, MOD, we are simply stating that SDE is friggin fail. I cant remember 1
time in the past 5 or 6 years that they have done any damn good or fixed anything
that NEEDS it, say the zoom bug for example. This game had serious potential when
it first came out, but snce then, has done nothing but fail over and over and over.
The only reason I come back to play is because 1) all the other games I play are
under going patches/downtimes of some sort or 2) I am SERIOUSLY bored and just
want to laugh at how aweful this game has gotten.

I agree with adams67s on this though, if you want to shut us up, even just a few of
us, show us some damn progress of this piece of trash HS actually stopping/catching
players... oh thats right, you CANT. Because simply put, HS doesnt stop crap except
to slow the players who just want to play and lag the holy piss outta everyone. As
was stated, you want to hack around HS? Friggin Google/Yahoo/AskJeeves or any of
the other million of search engines will easily get you around HS and allow you to
hack.

My opinion, as players, if we want this damn HS crap gone, I say we show SDE how
crappy it is and start a Fleet called "Hacking SDE" and the requirement is that
everyone needs to have at least 1 hack working... which wouldnt be hard... hell,
before you know it we could be the only fleet left in the game... everyone would join
it and then SDE might actually see how the are doing nothing but blowing smoke in
the wind by saying how "useful andd good" HS really is.

I simply love how simple and one tracked minded SDE is. "Lets just pull in as much
money as we can and totally ignore our playerbase even MORE than we already
do/have for the last 5+ years!" Dumbasses. Players = m .oney = dumbasses stay in
business.

I'll either do the above or quit. What shall it be then...
