In our defense, our match against Relic lasted the whole 25 minutes, and we had only 2
minutes to prepare against AH. That was all without knowing the SN CA's were banned.

By the moment we joined the room, we were informed of the ban and thus asked for
more time to change our ships. Thankfully, our request was granted but as you may
have concluded, it wasn't just a straight swap. Since not only did the SN players not
have the CAs we wanted, we also had to change other ships as well due to the change
of the general strategy.

I would too be a bit annoyed had I been in AH shoes, but you could have also changed
your ships and tactics after it was allowed for us to change ours.

I've been manipulation in this tournament.
But I'm seeing more manipulation in the words of ljsevern.

Papiro do you want chat log screenshots? They DID LET THE CA IN! Read what I posted
earlier. It's the fake crash CL that they rightfully didn't want to let in.

Our fleet dont have any dispute. Maybe i'm not been clear, i'll try again:
Congratulations to the winners, we have no problem with any of them. before the
battles they did what was asked and allowed by referees, and after the battles took
place with fair play.

But more I read the rules, I can not see where is prohibited Maxim Gorki, and do not
understand why a referee are not allowed to enter one of our CLs saying time was
over, when we was waiting a lot of time the previous match.

No complaints, just facts. Your tournament, your rules, your decisions. We know for
next time.

Now THIS is going too far silver. I'll tell how the story looked from my perspective.

1. We enter the room, AH is 1 cl and 3 dds short (not sure about the nubers, didnt count
the open-close time), room closes.

2. AH asks mods to open the room for their CL, no response from mods, PMW also asks mods
to open the room, the room is opened, cl enters, room closed.

3. AH cl leaves the room, AH says their CL crashed, mod says he can /who the person that
reportedly "crashed" and refuses to open the room.

4. Mod gives AH last warning - tab or I will ban untabs, CA and a DD from AH refuse to
tab, they get banned, the game starts.

5. AH retreats saying it's mod's fault.

If that player was only faking a crash it's really bad sport, even more so than the rule
change.

@Jedi I'm not jajareportajedimodspeculating, It's just that we had a tactic and 2 of our
players trained for a few weeks using the MG. So this change really affected the
competitive play on our part.

i hope in the future events must be TNF who will run like this event...

i dont have confident to those who run this event right now... coz i think they control
the rules...

whatever you say blah blah blah or any suggestion to them
it will never happen and it will never change coz they control's all of it... :P

i dont know if you agree with me..

There wont be a Nebraska FL in the near future.

"5) Once the battle room is opened by a Referee, each team will have 2 minutes to
get into the room. The room will stay open for 2 minutes exactly (once both teams
have been notified), no more no less. It is your job to be ready. Teams should have
a fleet ready room in area 19 or 14 so that the Referees can inform the fleets the
room is ready."

This rule was violated by regalia, because a new rule was implemented.

"Maxim Gorki is not allowed in Semi-Finals and Finals"

Which led to the this:
"Regalia was allowed to change ship configurations"

Furthermore, match against PMW we had around 1 minute 30 seconds time to get
into room.(Screens show, the moment I enter right after beign informed to go to
room of AH v PMW) At the moment I(I was the first to enter) enter room, we were
given a 1 minute warning.

As a consequence some of our players weren't unable to get in in time. I think it was
a CL.

Even after the polish agreed to let our CL in. Refree ijsevern_ref refused and decided
that Untabbed players will be banned. Our player el_nano was banned and we
decided to retreat and refuse to play rigged tournaments such as this.

Getting back at what I wrote above:

1) Why was the rule "nr.5" not implemented in all matches nor in round 2, nor in
semi-finals.
2) Why was a rule changed in the middle of tournament.
3) Why was the match room opened when clearly Regalia was NOT ready.

The point is, the moment regalia entered that room, they already agreed to being
ready(non-verbally). But ofcourse, even if they weren't why did all there CA, not only
1 CA(the maxim gorki) leave.

They changed CA's they changed ship configurations even CL's left the room.

Going back to the PMW match:

1) Why were we not received with the same hospitality as "Regalia".
2) We never got the chance to even get all our team in.
3) Why refree ijsevern_ref refused to open room when PMW agreed to open room.

Am sure these questions can be answered, but am also sure not one of the referee
is capable of agreeing they made a mistake somewhere and apologize for their
mistakes.

I feel like am dealing with people who are so lost in their own ego, they are
incapable of asuming resposiblity, accept they made a mistake somewhere and give
a formal apology.

I ask myself, these are the people who are gonna try to run a FL in this new server.
People who lack hospitality or commun sense?

I don't care wheter we lose or win, I care about the manner this was dealt with.

Funny you talk about "enforcing rules". The problem was these rules where not
enforced when they were supposed to be enforced and enforced when it wasn't
even necessary.

PMW agreed to let the CL in while we disagreed to let regalia( we agreed to let
them use the maxim gorki) change ship configurations. Non of the oposing fleets
wishes were implemented, instead a refree
acted like a dictator.

The SN CA was completely overpowered. A quick decision needed to be made. No-
one plays CA rooms anymore so we had no idea.

fine to have clear about this situations (e.g. using not allowed planes etc...)...
