I looked over my fleet the other day and i could'nt load a J2F Duck (tier 3 scout) on my ships. I have a recon pilot with high enough lvl, so whats going on?

Those planes are crap and T2/T4 are the better options. Anyway you cant use them unless you class your rookie scout pilot to recon now.

They added a higher class for scouts? totally missed that.

Very recently like 2-3 weeks ago. No skill differences, just different operating ability.
