Lord_Noi	Hm I'm going to BB crew and I have question Help me Choose IJN elite gunner Acc or Reload has be the best for BB main gun I'm not good in English sorry...

Sonlirain	Reload is harder to cap. Take reload. Accuracy usually hits soft cap at about lvl 80.

OttoReinhold	You don't really need elite gunners. But if you want them anyway get the reloaders.

Sanitarium	mine are base 11/11 with 170vets round about. They work perfect :) they are lvl 120 though :D
