so i just watched the game info-> sailor tree,
and i saw mch gunner, but its not available :s
so i was wondering, what does this dude do? and why isn't he available?

they are deativated and not available for classing...
have you seen player with pompoms the one that fire machine guns as aa on their RN ships? the mach gunners do like that
