in the current state of how italy plays, use the single 10" EOC "R" guns on the bolzano till your bb, it has incredible range for it's level.  they are single guns but they have decent reload and the range makes it quite a bit OP.

what last poster said stick in ca with the single 10" youll have same range as the bb with better spread

Unless if you tries to use a capitani romani with 10" EOR single.. It can be a risky (because you have 40 shells in each guns) to use them but with capitani romani compact size and good speed (when you have good engineers) and don't forget a gunner with great accuracy.. It will be deadly enough to kill any ECA/ECL/Worst BC/anything except BC with great accuracy with many big guns in BLITZ..

It is also very well at being as escort to aid against low range BC but it is totally useless because the range will never goes that far.. 

for fun mode with the romani, and if you lots of cred, try beltwhoring around 11" to 13" and mount 6" singles eoc and you'll love pawning in blitz ^_^ the only thing can sink you is torps, bbs, ap shells and another rm ship
