Maybe I am just a noob, but what is the H.Q. for and what does it do?  Is storing your ships in there important?

Storing your crew is most important. It helps you get around the ridiculous 50 sailor limit.

Storing your ships would be important if and when you could store BB6s with the entire crew in an HQ page. When that happens, the HQ would be awesome.

I sent a ticket about that a long time ago. The impression I got from my response is its not gonna happen.
