its a good question, 1 im not sure i can answer. the game info components guide has a aircraft section which tells you the vital stats of the planes such as fuel, dp,speed,sight  and also the damage the bombs do.  as for torpedo bombers you have to look under the torpedo component section.

now the only problem is, I do not know if the components guide are up to date with the current patchs.
