Probally overpowered, or underpowered. Think about it, you shoot the rockets form a range so some aa might not be able to reach it, the auto aa if they are close enough might eat them alive, but if they have enough range between them and the ship, it won't do a thing. Of course, i never saw them, so i am just speculating on them.
Oh, and most planes carried more then one missle so that was probally an issue too.

Rockets barely fit in NF... i have enough pain with moltkes emdens and pom poms (believe it or not but fighter sight range is less than pom pom range). And noe the same thing but with guided rockets? No way in hell.
Subs are cheap enough because they don't have to aim and non aiming AA ships are the next cheapest thing made especially to tick me off.

Poms are the uk machine guns that shoot like the uflak guns..

And uk used to also have lvl120 aa rockets..
