I was really struggling getting all the errors everyone else was.
So i downloaded Patch manually but need to turn of smart filter first.
Open internet explorer
Go to setting
Safety
Turn of Smartscreen Filter

Then restar computer. it still crashed first time then loaded fine

Before this i also downloaded the data file and the enfuns file above that.
Doubt that helped but it fixed the problem
